CBET Certification The Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) ♠ certification is a prestigious credential offered by AAMI. To qualify for this certification, candidates must have an associate's degree or ♠ higher in electronics technology and three years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician, or they must have completed a ♠ biomedical equipment technology program in the US military and have two years of experience as a biomedical equipment technician.
